Join us at Winslow VFW for an afternoon of good food, fall fun, and community as we kick off the Country Hoedown with a Pig Roast on Saturday, October 10, starting at 1 PM.The Pig Roast meal will include roast pig, beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and cornbread. Meals are $25 for adults and $10 for children ages 12 and under. There is no admission charge to attend the event, so you are welcome to come out and enjoy the afternoon whether or not you purchase a meal.
We’ll also have fall activities for the kids, making this a fun afternoon for the whole family. Stick around after the Pig Roast because the Country Hoedown continues with Cow Patty Bingo beginning at 3 PM, followed by more activities and entertainment throughout the day.
