Event Description:
Join us at Thomas Jefferson University for an engaging and informative event designed for high school guidance counselors and college advisors interested in expanding their knowledge of health profession pathways.
We will feature a dynamic panel discussion with faculty representing a variety of health-related careers—such as physician assistants, respiratory therapists, and more. Our panelists will share insights into their professions and discuss future outlooks to help counselors better guide students interested in health careers. Discover what it takes to prepare students for success in these high-demand health careers, including academic requirements and experiential learning opportunities. Attendees will also have the option to participate in a guided tour of our state-of-the-art simulation labs.
Who should attend: High school guidance counselors, college and career advisors, anyone guiding students toward careers in health and healthcare.

- 9:30 am – Registration and continental breakfast

- 10:15 -11:30 Panel for health professions
- 11:00-11:30 – Q&A for Panelists
- 11:30-12:00 – Admissions overview presentation (first-year & transfer)

- 1:00 – 2:00 – Optional Simulation Lab Tour
