This inspiring, practical and uplifting workshop is an opportunity to begin exploring that possibility in a safe and supportive environment. Mediumship is not simply about communicating with Spirit. It is a journey of self-discovery, responsibility, trust and understanding your own energy. Before we can learn to work with Spirit, we need to understand ourselves — how we receive information, how we are affected by the energy of others, and how to protect and manage our own energy rather than becoming overwhelmed by it. Together, we will explore the foundations of mediumship and take those important first steps towards discovering and developing your own unique connection with Spirit.
During the workshop you will:
- Discover why you have been drawn to follow this path and the qualities required to become a responsible Medium
- Explore empathy and sensitivity — including why you often absorb other people’s emotions and how to protect and manage your own energy
- Discover your own unique spiritual gifts and the different ways you naturally receive information — because everyone works differently
- Learn simple techniques to connect with Spirit and discover what works for you
- Understand the important difference between working psychically and mediumistically
- Meet your Spirit Guides and experience what it means to “sit in the power”
- Develop greater confidence and learn to trust what you receive
