Our Arty Evenings are relaxing, Saz focuses on the process, not the outcome. It doesn’t matter if you create a masterpiece or not…
It’s not about the Art..
It’s about taking some time for yourself, unwinding, putting yourself first for once. Two hours of getting lost in watercolour paint strokes.
Art is therapeutic, it doesn’t need to look a certain way to help you feel good.
During this evening, we will be learning to paint watercolour robins to help us slowly embrace the festive time. This isn’t about rushing into Christmas, it’s about calmly welcoming it in.
We will start the evening with a short meditation to help ground us. Don’t worry if you’ve never meditated before, or can’t turn your brain off. Take a few moments to listen to Saz as she guides you through a visualisation, inspired by the Robin.
Come with friends, or alone. Leave happier and connected. A beautiful evening, guaranteed. Spaces are limited, so please book early where possible.
Tickets are £30pp, which includes a homemade cake, and handcrafted drink.
