Corvallis Pride is taking over Halloween.
Join us for a full day of queer joy, community, art, performance, costumes, food, local vendors, resources, and unapologetic LGBTQIA+ celebration at the Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds.
This year’s daytime Pride festival is family-friendly, alcohol-free, substance-free, and open to all ages. Come in costume, come in Pride gear, or come exactly as you are.
Throughout the day, you’ll find:
* Drag, music, and live entertainment
* LGBTQIA+ artists, makers, vendors, and small businesses
* Community organizations and local resources
* Food vendors and festival eats
* Interactive and activity booths
* Art, games, and creative spaces
* Halloween festivities and costumes
* Opportunities to connect with queer and trans communities from across the Willamette Valley and beyond
Entertainment schedule and performer lineup TBD.
And because apparently one holiday wasn’t enough for us, we decided to put Pride and Halloween in the same room and see what happens.
COSTUMES ENCOURAGED
We love costumes, camp, drag, cosplay, weird little creatures, glamorous monsters, gender bending, and general Halloween nonsense but
Just make sure to keep daytime costumes appropriate for an all-ages event.
For everyone’s safety:
* Masks that cover or substantially obscure the face are not permitted as part of costumes.
* Weapons of any kind are not permitted anywhere at the event. This includes real weapons, replica weapons, toy weapons, and costume weapons or props designed to resemble weapons.
* Other costume props must be lightweight, non-sharp, and unable to reasonably cause injury. Event staff may ask that unsafe props be removed from the festival area.
* Costumes must allow attendees to safely see, hear, walk, and move through crowded areas. Please use extra care with oversized costumes, long trains, wings, stilts, or other pieces that may obstruct walkways or visibility.
* Costumes may not include open flames, pyrotechnics, explosives, smoke devices, or hazardous materials.
* Please be mindful of children and other attendees before using startling sound effects, realistic gore, or other potentially frightening costume elements.
* Do not touch another person, their costume, mobility equipment, service animal, or props without permission.
* Costumes must not impersonate event staff, security personnel, emergency responders, or law enforcement in a way that could create confusion about someone’s authority at the event.
Costumes or imagery that are racist, transphobic, homophobic, ableist, culturally appropriative, threatening, or otherwise degrading toward marginalized communities are not welcome.
Event organizers may ask an attendee to modify or remove a costume element when reasonably necessary for safety, accessibility, or the protection of other attendees.
PRIDE IS FOR COMMUNITY
Corvallis Pride is committed to creating a space centered on LGBTQIA+ people, especially trans and gender-diverse people, queer and trans people of color, disabled community members, youth, elders, rural LGBTQIA+ communities, and others who are too often pushed to the margins.
We ask everyone attending to help us keep Pride welcoming, accessible, and safe.
Counter-protesters and disruptive individuals will not be permitted inside the festival area. Attendees should not engage with protesters outside the event. If someone causes a problem inside the festival, find a Pride staff member or volunteer and let us handle it.
NO ALCOHOL OR SUBSTANCES
This is an alcohol-free and substance-free event. Alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, and other intoxicating substances are not permitted anywhere on the event grounds.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the fairgrounds or event center property.

AND AFTER DARK…
The daytime festival may end at 4 PM, but Pride is not done for the night.
Corvallis Pride AfterDark returns Halloween night with a separate 18+ evening event featuring its own entertainment, vendors, and late-night Pride celebration.
AfterDark details, lineup, and ticket information will be announced separately.
Come for the daytime festival. Stay for the night. Or do both and make Halloween aggressively queer from morning to midnight.
