But that story is outdated, and the research says it may be costing us years of life.
Dr. Corinne Auman is a gerontologist and professional care manager who has spent over 20 years helping older adults and their families navigate the challenges of aging. She is the Founder and CEO of Choice Care Navigators, a care management practice, and founder of Keenagers™, a thought leadership brand through which she speaks nationally about challenging ageist narratives and telling a new story about growing older. Dr. Auman is the author of the award-winning book Keenagers: Telling a New Story about Aging and hosts the Keen on Aging podcast, where she explores positive aging, caregiving, and healthy longevity.
