This March, we’re moving with meaning.
In honor of Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and in support of those facing kidney cancer, Sweat Social is dedicating our March 21st class to giving back through movement.
We’re asking everyone to wear:
💙 Blue — to represent colorectal cancer awareness
🧡 Orange — to represent kidney cancer awareness
These colors symbolize strength, resilience, and the warriors who are currently fighting — and those we hold in our hearts.
Pilates is about strength from the inside out — and this month, our “core” represents more than just muscles. It represents healing. Community. Showing up for one another.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society to support individuals and families navigating colorectal and kidney cancer journeys.
Let’s come together for health and wealth — wealth in love, wealth in community, wealth in lifting each other up.
