CORE+ Class and HeroBoard Pilates Demo

Join us for a Saturday morning CORE+ Class led by local instructor, Anna Spinks, who is also a certified HeroBoard Pilates instructor. You'll also get the chance to try the newest form of pilates in town! Stay after class and enjoy a 45 minute private shop time and complimentary drinks and snacks just for you.

Bring your own yoga mat and water to make sure you stay hydrated during this music-driven, beat-based movement that challenges your balance and mobility - not just your abs. This session will use provided resistance bands and pilates balls to build real strength from your center out.
