About this Event
Join us for a heart-opening evening of ceremonial cacao and Life Force Activation.
We’ll begin with cacao and a guided heart-opening practice to help you slow down, connect inward, and set an intention for the evening.
From there, you’ll lie down, relax, and receive Life Force Activation — a body-led energetic practice that supports nervous system regulation and can help you release stored stress, emotions, and tension while reconnecting with your own energy.
There is nothing you need to force or perform. Your experience is your own, and every session can feel different.
You may experience physical sensations, spontaneous movement, emotional release, deep stillness, clarity, peace, or simply a sense of relaxation and connection.
We’ll close gently with grounding and sound.
No experience required. Everything you need is provided.
