Copy of Cat Yoga

Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience at the Cedar Bend Humane Society Outreach & Education Center—where yoga meets adoptable cats in a fun, relaxing, and memorable setting.

Instructor Sydney Stover will guide you through a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session while adoptable cats roam freely, explore the room, stretch alongside you, or settle in for a nap on your mat.
