Copious Love Productions invites you to join us for our next reading of the 2026 Plays On Tap season. Over the course this month, we're exploring a great new piece from playwright Vincent Delaney. Come see our work on Wednesday, November 4th to be part of the development process! Like all of our staged readings, admission is free.

"Foreclosure” by Vincent Delaney
Directed by Scott Zenreich
Dramaturgy by Marcus Gorman

Featuring:

Jonelle Jordan
Chris Clark
Nikki Visel
Jorge Chacon

Garrett and Tory live in a nice house in southern California, just beyond the desert. Their former neighbors Rob and Paige come back with their newborn son months after losing their home – were they able to work something out with the bank, or are they boldly squatting? Foreclosure is a dark comedy that asks what it means to own, and what responsibility we have to our neighbors in need.

📍 Jules Maes Saloon (5919 Airport Way S, Seattle)
