About this Event
As the seasons change, so can our mood, energy, sleep, and motivation. This educational program will introduce Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a form of depression that can occur at certain times of the year. Students from the Michigan School Psychological Clinic will discuss common signs and symptoms, factors that may contribute to seasonal changes in mood, and practical strategies for supporting mental well-being throughout the year. The program will also provide information about when it may be helpful to seek professional support and where to find additional mental health resources.
This program is intended for teens and adults looking to learn more about SAD. Snacks will be available while supplies last.
