The holiday season can be especially difficult when you're grieving the loss of a loved one. Join Hospice of Wichita Falls for a supportive four-week grief group designed to help individuals navigate the emotions, challenges, and changes that often accompany the holidays after a loss.
Through education, discussion, and connection with others who understand, participants will gain practical coping strategies and support in a compassionate, welcoming environment.

This group is open to adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. There is no cost to attend.
