We understand the holidays can be troubling. From dealing with financial stress, family conflict, or grieving the absence of a loved one. This holiday series is filled with tactics to survive the tough emotions that come with the season. This series is brought to you in partnership with the Comanche County Health Department. Each session will include a giveaway for a comforting item such as a weighted blanket or light therapy lamp.
