Join us for a celebration of Brazilian culture, Forro music, dance and food, bringing people together for a vibrant evening of rhythm, connection and good times.
Live on stage, Forró das Meninas, Byron Shire’s much-loved Brazilian band, will bring the infectious sounds of Brazil to Coorabell. Forró extraordinaire Edu will kick things off with a FREE Forró dance class, welcoming beginners and experienced dancers alike. Then it’s time to hit the dance floor for an evening of social dancing, live music and Brazilian vibes.
And of course, there’s food! Foxy Luu’s, serving Asian street food at Coorabell Hall every Thursday, will be bringing a Brazilian twist to the menu for this special occasion. Come hungry and ready to explore some delicious Brazilian-inspired flavours.
