Come join us for a fun and interactive cooking workshop with Teaching Artist Elaine at The Open Kitchen Sculpture Garden! Learn how to make a traditional dish from Domincan Republic, Quipe. Quipes, also known as kipes, are a popular Dominican appetizer that is a version of the Lebanese kibbeh. Made with bulgur wheat and seasoned ground beef, then deep-fried to a crispy finish. Bring a dish to share during the potluck! Rain or shine.
