Dates: This class series will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, October 19, 21, 26, 28, November 2nd & 4th.
After participating in this series, you will:
- Increase your understanding of healthy eating concepts and health benefits associated with the Mediterranean-style eating pattern
- Increase your confidence in selecting, planning, preparing, and implementing a healthy, regular eating pattern
- Increase your understanding and implementation of mindful eating strategies
Curriculum: This series is based on the "Med Instead of Meds" curriculum, developed by NC State University. This curriculum emphasizes the benefits of the Mediterranean diet for long-term health and wellness.
Refunds: Class materials are ordered in advance. You must request a refund at least 5 days before class. You will not receive a refund of the processing fee.
