*This program was previously called Med instead of Meds.
This program will focus on the 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. Each session covers 1-2 steps, a mindfulness skill and features a hands-on cooking experience. Participants will work in small groups and prepare and sample two recipes each class.
Class will take place from 1-3 p.m. each session. Series dates are: October 8,15,29, Nov. 5,12, and 19.
