About this Event
Un atelier autour de l’igname et du plantain, deux aliments très présents dans plusieurs cuisines d’Afrique de l’Ouest. Les familles participeront à la préparation d’une igname bouillie servie avec une sauce aux oeufs, ainsi que du Karakoro à base de plantain.
A workshop featuring yam and plantain, two ingredients widely used in many West African cuisines. Families will take part in preparing boiled yam served with egg sauce, as well as plantain-based Karakoro.

The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.
