About this Event
This FREE virtual cooking class series features recipes and ingredients focused on brain and heart health on select Thursdays, quarterly, from 4 -5 pm.
Throughout the series, participants will build confidence in the kitchen through culinary basics, cooking techniques, and nutrition education. Participants are provided :
- Zoom link (via email, text only if selected at registration)
- Grocery shopping list (via email)
- Class recipes (via email)

Eligible participants who complete all participation and survey requirements will be entered into a drawing for a $10 grocery store e-gift card.
To be eligible, participants must:
- Attend the full, live virtual cooking class.
- Complete the anonymous post-class survey.
- Complete the separate e-gift card information form.
*At the end of the post-class survey, a link is provided in the "thank you" message that directs participants to an e-gift card information form. Entries must be received within one week of the class date. Five drawing winners will be selected with a random number generator one week after class. Winners will be notified via email. Grocery store options include:
