Tofu is one of the most affordable, nutritious and versatile vegan staples, but it’s often misunderstood. In this interactive cooking demo, I’ll show how to cook tofu three different ways using firm, semi-firm and silken tofu. We’ll explore simple techniques, flavour pairings and practical tips to help home cooks feel confident using tofu for family-friendly meals.
About Jack
Jack Rock is a father, content creator, and long-term vegan who has been raising vegan kids in Australia since 2017.
