About this Event
With Chef Victoria Cosner as your guide, you will learn the art of making fresh mozzarella cheese, along with polpette al sugo, tender Italian meatballs simmered in a rich tomato sauce. Join us for a hands-on evening of cooking, tasting, and learning the techniques behind these classic dishes inspired by the flavors of Campania, Italy.
About the Cooking Class Experience
Participants will receive a welcome glass of bubbly and venture into the kitchen for an interactive cooking demonstration. Then, they’ll break into groups to dive into hands-on cooking, working through each recipe together. Each guest will receive two drink tickets to enjoy glasses of wine expertly paired with the evening’s cuisine. After the lesson, guests will gather in our Tasting Room for a family-style dinner to enjoy their culinary creations alongside additional dishes prepared by our kitchen team.
The price of your ticket covers a $150 class fee and a 20% service charge. Please be aware that the listed price of your ticket includes all applicable sales taxes as required by law in Virginia.

Cancellations
Refunds requested more than 7 days before the event can be processed through Eventbrite, excluding their service fee. For cancellations within 7 days, a Pippin Hill Tasting Room gift card will be provided.

We occasionally photograph events at Pippin Hill, by entering the event premises, you consent to the use of recorded media of you at the event. Participation in this class may require standing for extended periods of time. Please note that you will be grouped with other cooking class participants during the hands-on portion of the class.
