We'll explore how to create meals that are hearty and satisfying while incorporating more seasonal vegetables, whole grains, beans, herbs and other ingredients that make us feel good.

We'll cook together, share a meal and talk about simple ways to bring more nourishing ingredients into the foods we already love.
