🙌The next hands-on cooking class with Chef Ray Gennaro🌏🇮🇹 is scheduled for Friday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m. Join us at The Kitchen Company in North Haven, CT, for an extraordinary culinary experience. This isn’t your ordinary cooking class; it’s an opportunity to learn from the best and create unforgettable memories in the kitchen.
Here’s the menu :
- 🍆Eggplant Rollatini: This dish features lightly battered eggplant rolled with sautéed spinach, Boar’s Head honey-baked ham, Liuzz Cheese ricotta, and topped with marinara and mozzarella.
- Baked Cod: Wild Atlantic cod loins are baked with white wine, lemon, and butter, and served over a bed of spinach. They are topped with a tomato bruschetta and capers.
- Bananas Foster: This decadent dessert is served over Bindi imported vanilla bean
For $125 plus tax per person, per class, you’ll be served a three-course meal I’ve personally prepared, accompanied by imported bottled water. BYOB is highly encouraged!
