Learn to make good ole Cowboy Candy (sweet pickled jalapenos) using fresh peppers from Shiloh Garden. Taught by Tim Sutton; Friends of Shiloh Garden Board of Directors & Garden Manager, and home-canning enthusiast. Event is free, but donations are accepted. Must be 16+ to attend. Class size is limited. Bring empty canning jars if you can.Event takes place in Monroe Gym off Sycamore Street. Parking is in the church lot off Sycamore.
