The best tasting and most beautiful jelly I have ever made! Native American beautyberry jelly making class, hosted by Christie A. Wood, Shiloh Board of Directors & avid jelly-maker. Depending upon when the beautyberry harvest occurs, we might be using berries fresh from the stems; or we may use juice prepared from the last harvest which I canned.Event is free, but donations are accepted. Must be 16+ to attend. Class size is limited.
Bring empty canning jars if you have them.
Event takes place in Monroe Gym off Sycamore Street. Parking is in the church lot off Sycamore.
