At Convergence Memphis’ Home Expo events, community leaders in specific neighborhoods around the city will convene to provide resources, including credit repair and home counseling information, home repair opportunities and down payment assistance, share properties and promote homeownership among residents. Light refreshments will be offered at each event.
Attendees will have access to:
- First-time homebuyer down payment
- assistance
- 100% loan financing products
- Credit repair guidance
- Home repair loan opportunities
- Homebuyer education information
