The morning kicks off with sessions on accessing capital and navigating local business support resources, followed by a lunchtime keynote from Jimmy Harris, President & Co-Founder of Harris Management Services, on scaling a small business in Kitsap County. The afternoon, presented in partnership with Matchstick Lab, dives into practical topics like streamlining operations, marketing your business's story, and managing rising costs and credit risk.
