Join the company classes of ICK and train together with the ICK ensemble (only for professional dancers and dance students).
This class seamlessly blends Contemporary Dance with Martial Arts and Tai Chi Guidance, inviting you to explore how your body generates rotational power within continuous movement.
Tai Chi Guidance: Focus on breathing and internal energy flow, helping you connect deeply with your body and feel every subtle change as you move.
Contemporary Martial Arts: Build a solid, grounded lower body and engage your core to produce clean, explosive power (Short Power 短勁)—just like rapid punches and swift kicks.
Together, we'll move in a continuous flow, finding rotation, balance, and effortless power.
