Dance.Film.Performance (DFP) Contemporary Dance Workshop Series
Dance.Film.Performance (DFP) is organizing a series of contemporary dance workshops, led by the DFP Artistic Director, every Sunday at The Place. These workshops are designed for contemporary dancers and center around a distinctive and continually evolving creative method developed by DFP. This method encourages participants to deepen their movement capacity and refine their performance and choreographic practice.
During the workshops, you will engage with contemporary dance techniques developed by DFP and work on enhancing your improvisation skills. By using a variety of dance tools and imaginative exercises, the sessions provide an opportunity to push beyond familiar movement patterns and discover new possibilities for expression.
The workshops aim to expand your creative capacity while offering practical tools to enrich your movement vocabulary andartistic expression. This approach supports dancers in bringing innovative and dynamic energy to their own performance, whether in solo work or collaborative projects.
