This is such an exciting collaboration between Adirah Wellness, Bad Boy Breathwork and Nykola.
What will it include?
🤎 Sacred Cacao Ceremony - using 100% Pure Ceremonial Grade Cacao we will connect to the heart, connect to the spirit and connect to the soul while journeying together in the space. We will practice self love techniques and learn ways to improve the way we view ourselves.
🤎 Breathwork Journey - using conscious connected breathing and some incredible music, you will be guided on a journey, helping to support you with stress management, emotional regulation, improved focus and much more.
🤎 Gong Bath - allow yourself to be bathed in sound to bring you deep into the body - allow the vibrations to work with the body aiding better sleep, mood and energy levels.
This is a real treat for anyone looking to dive deep into their inner being, resulting in a radiant rise into the new year.
