About this Event
Looking for something more joyful than the gym? Join Gabija Birina, a dancer and choreographer who has performed in Berlin, London, Shanghai and at Art Basel, for a welcoming contemporary dance class right here in Naples.
No experience needed. Each class includes a gentle warm-up, simple floor work, and a short combination you'll actually enjoy dancing. You'll leave lighter, stronger and more connected to your body.
Who it's for: adults of all ages and levels, complete beginners, former dancers coming back, and anyone who loves to move.
What to bring: comfortable clothes, water, and bare feet or socks.
When: Wednesdays, 5:15–6:15pm
