Are you a Brighton resident aged 16-25 and interested in exploring opportunities in construction?
Join us for a free information and recruitment session to learn about an exciting Construction Insight Programme designed to help young people develop employability skills, build confidence, and discover careers in the built environment.
What will the programme offer?
Participants will have the opportunity to:
✅ Practice interview and presentation techniques
✅ Develop essential skills and meet new people
✅ Create or improve their CV
✅ Learn from industry professionals
✅ Tour the Moulsecoomb development site with the Site Management team
✅ Explore different roles and career pathways within the built environment
✅ Register for work experience and apprenticeship opportunities linked to the project
About the Insight Programme
Following the recruitment session, successful participants will be invited to take part in the free Construction Insight Programme. Autumn 2026 programme dates are to be confirmed.
