What motivates you? Do you think others on your team have the same motivation? What do you think helps build, retain and motivate your team? This interactive workshop will explore your motivation and how it relates to others.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Define motivation and theories
- Explore methods of building and retaining your team
- Create a plan for yourself or your team

Info: Daphene has over 20 years of leadership development in the construction industry from foreman to company owner. She currently owns and operates Build Your Know, a construction training company. She has created, facilitated and evaluated programs in leadership development, onboarding, project management and technical training.
