WHAT IS A CONSTELLATION?
A constellation lays out in a room the relationships you usually carry only in your head. There is no script and no acting. You choose people from the group to stand in for people in your life, or for parts of yourself (a fear, a secret, a place). They say what they feel and move as their bodies prompt them, and little by little a living map of your bonds appears.
Everyone else witnesses from the circle, and they are often moved too: we all recognise something of our own story in someone else's.
You can come with a question of your own, or simply take part as a representative or a witness. No experience needed.
A SAFER, BODY-BASED WAY TO CONSTELLATE
Neuro-Constellations® keep what constellations reveal about the hidden dynamics of our relationships, and add what we now know about trauma and the nervous system.
· Body-based: before the story, we take care of the nervous system.
· Trauma-informed: no forced catharsis, everything is dosed and paced.
· Consent-centred: you can decline any role and stop at any moment.
The facilitator holds the frame, not the truth of your story.

YOUR FACILITATOR
Stephan Schillinger is a French author of 12 books, TEDx speaker and experienced constellation facilitator, and co-founder of the Neuro-Constellations® approach with Éric Laudière and Adeline Roussel-Laudière. He leads workshops across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Canada, and now brings this work to English-speaking groups.
