Systemic Family Constellation offers a way to explore patterns, relationships, and deeper dynamics within your family system and lived experience.
Through this process, what has been unseen can begin to come into awareness, allowing new insight and movement to emerge.
You’ll be guided through the experience in a way that supports connection, clarity, and integration within the system. As a representative, you are supporting someone else in their journey to healing while observing what the circle is communicating to you.
Past events in our family history could be perpetuating anxiety, loss, incarceration, failure, divorce, illness, conflict, or shame. All can be integrated in a way that supports us through love instead of conflict.

The client seat for the big constellation will be randomly selected so everyone in attendance will have an equal opportunity to be in the client seat.
