Our thoughts influence how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us—often without us even realizing it.In this class, we’ll explore where our thoughts come from and how greater awareness can help us consciously choose the thoughts that reflect our true essence and what we want to create in our lives.
We’ll then move into a restorative sound journey using singing bowls, drumming, and other instruments to support deep relaxation, chakra alignment, and energetic balance.
Come reset your mind and body, reconnect with yourself, and remember the power you have to consciously create your life.

Wear something comfortable, bring a water bottle, eye mask and blanket if these things can assist you in finding more comfort during the event.
