About this Event
Conscious Dance and Movement Held Space in Hitchin
Join us for an evening of conscious dance and movement. This in-person monthly event, held in Hitchin, offers a safe and welcoming space to explore your body's natural rhythms, release your stresses and express yourself freely through movement.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to conscious movement or not used to moving at all, you are welcome. Let the music guide you as you connect with your body, release tension and tap into your inner peace and joy.
Embrace the opportunity to let go of conditioning and move/dance freely, connect through the dance with like-minded, friendly, kind individuals and discover the transformative power of movement and music.
No steps to follow or learn, no chat, no prior experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and an open mind. Note - you do not have to "dance" - move to your own beat as slow or gentle as you wish, your chair dance is also welcome and there are space to lie or sit for you to use freely.
Book your spot now and come dance with us in Hitchin for an unforgettable evening of movement, connection and self-discovery.
N B. Space is up one flight of stairs and make sure to contact the organiser with any medical or accessibility needs in advance of the event.
