Join us for a deeply nourishing in-person breathwork journey in the Ladder, Redruth, Cornwall.
This Conscious Connected Breathwork session offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're completely new or experienced, you are warmly welcome — no prior experience is needed.
About the Session
This is a gentle, guided breathwork journey designed to take you beyond the busy thinking mind and into a deeper connection with your body and inner world.
Through conscious connected breathing, you may begin to release stored tension, emotions, and patterns that no longer serve you. Many people experience a sense of clarity, calm, emotional release, and renewed energy.
This practice can support you to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve mental clarity and focus
• Release emotional blockages
• Feel more grounded and connected
• Access deeper states of relaxation and awareness
As the breath deepens, the nervous system begins to regulate, and the mind softens. This can allow for powerful inner shifts, helping you reconnect with a sense of peace, presence, and possibility.
The session includes a guided breathing journey followed by a 15-minute relaxation period, allowing time to integrate and rest.
You will be gently guided throughout by Alex, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can fully surrender to the experience.

The Breath Technique
Conscious Connected Breathing uses a continuous, flowing breath pattern:
• Inhale into the belly
• Then into the chest
• Followed by a soft, relaxed exhale
There are no pauses between breaths, creating a connected rhythm that supports deep physical, emotional, and energetic release.
Before Your Session

On the Day
• Avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours beforehand (a light snack is fine)
• Arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to settle in
• Please place your phone on airplane mode upon arrival
What to Bring
✔️ Mats and blankets are provided (feel free to bring your own for extra comfort)
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Loose, comfortable clothing
✔️ A journal (optional)
