An immersive somatic journey to bring you back into your body and into deeper connection with yourself.We’ll work with conscious connected breath, intuitive movement, sound, and felt-sense meditation to gently release tension, stuck emotions, and old energetic patterns that the body has been holding.
The process invokes a profound journey into whatever state of consciousness relevant for you at the time. The process brings more energy and awareness into the body, releasing stored stress, repressed feelings, strain and trauma. It activates both unconscious pain and ecstatic bliss as the intelligence of the life force leads us to exactly where we need to awaken.
It’s a gentle, safe approach that supports real softening and grounding and open to the capacity of self healing.
Before we drop into breathwork, we’ll move through light Kundalini and kriya exercises to warm the spine, activate the glandular system, and open the energetic channels. This helps the body feel grounded, supported, and receptive, making the breathwork journey smoother and more spacious.
We will open the session with a cup of ceremonial cacao, inviting the heart to relax and receive.
