The international pop-up choir in Milan where mindfulness meets pop music
About this Event

CoCho is an international pop-up choir based in Milan, where mindfulness meets group singing. No musical training or singing experience needed, just the wish to show up, be present, and sing together.

Each session opens with a moment of arrival: breathing, grounding in the body, tuning into the here and now. From there, the voice comes naturally. Through warm-ups, resonance exercises and simple vocal harmonies, we sing pop songs everyone knows and loves, turning familiar tunes into a shared, joyful practice. The focus isn't on performance but on listening: to yourself, to others, and to the sound we create together.

Singing in a group has real effects on wellbeing. It regulates the breath, calms the nervous system, releases tension and builds a deep sense of connection. At CoCho, we cultivate these effects with awareness, so every gathering becomes a space for care, self-expression and fun.

But CoCho is also about people. As a pop-up choir, it brings together locals and internationals living in Milan, offering an easy, welcoming way to meet new faces and become part of a community connected by music. Whether you've just moved to the city or have lived here for years, CoCho is a place to feel at home through your voice.

CoCho is for those who love to sing and those who think they can't, for anyone looking for a more active form of meditation, and for everyone who wants to find their voice and their people.
