Get Ready for CONNEX 2026: The Great RealignmentPakistan’s flagship HR conference is back, hosted by PSTD with PSHRM. Work is changing faster than organisations can keep up, and this year’s theme asks what it takes to get people, technology and strategy moving in sync. CONNEX is where leaders stop asking what is changing and start deciding what to do about it.
What’s Happening?
Six learning tracks shape the day:
Work Rewired: how work itself is changing
The Capability Paradox: building future-ready skills
Cognitive Augmentation: human and AI intelligence working together
Performance Reset: productivity, wellbeing and resilience
The Talent Playoff: winning and keeping great people
Leadership Beyond the Playbook: leading through disruption
Who Should Come (and Why)?
HR and People Leaders: fresh thinking on talent, culture and the future of work.
CEOs and CXOs: how people strategy connects to business results.
L&D and OD Professionals: practical ways to build capability at scale.
Technology and Digital Leaders: where AI and human judgement meet.
Entrepreneurs and People Managers: ideas you can take back to your team.
