Connections Memory Cafe is an informal social gathering for people living with dementia and their care partners to enjoy cognitively stimulating activities, low impact exercise, games, snacks, and peer support. Meetings are held at Aging Matters office every second Tuesday of the month from 9am to 10:30am. Care partners meet in another room the last 30 minutes of the session for support group while everyone else remains in conference room socializing and playing games.
