What if connection didn’t have to feel complicated?
Connection Games is a 90-minute experiential workshop designed to take us beyond small talk and into something more real. Through playful, guided connection games inspired by the practices of Authentic Relating, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, become more present, meet new people, and experience what happens when we approach one another with genuine curiosity.
This isn’t a lecture, and you don’t need to know anything about Authentic Relating beforehand. We’ll learn by doing. You’ll be invited into simple exercises around presence, listening, curiosity, self-awareness, and authentic communication—all within a space where choice and consent are honored.
You might laugh. You might surprise yourself. You might have a conversation you never expected to have with someone you just met.
