Inova invites the Northern Virginia community to Connection Changes the Brain: Rethinking Addiction and Recovery, a free Act on Addiction Community Education event on October 6 in Fairfax.

Attendees will hear from local experts, learn more about substance use disorder, treatment and recovery, and connect with community resources. The event is designed to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma and help individuals and families better understand where to turn for support.
