On October 8th, Triangle Dental Connection and Charlotte Metro Dental Connection are coming together for something we have been building toward, a dynamic team building experience designed specifically for dental leaders and their teams.
This high-energy, interactive session features Christi Bintliff, an Edutainment Leadership Strategist and Dental Operations Director with over 35 years of proven leadership in multi-doctor practices. Christi has spent six years researching, testing, and developing a platform built on one foundational idea: the most expensive meeting is the one that produces no results.
The theme is Connection Before Content. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for building real team connection in as little as 15 minutes, tools for reaching every generation on their team, and a framework that fosters accountability and culture that carries forward month after month, not just the day of the meeting.
