About this Event
Join us for a collaborative learning and networking event focused on workforce wellbeing, suicide prevention and creating compassionate, trauma-informed workplaces across West Lothian.
As professionals, volunteers and leaders, many of us work alongside people experiencing trauma, distress, loss and adversity. While much attention is rightly given to supporting those we serve, this event turns the spotlight towards ourselves and our workforce.
How do we support staff who are exposed to cumulative stress, emotional strain and vicarious trauma? How do we create environments where wellbeing is embedded into everyday practice? And how can we work together across sectors to change the narrative around suicide prevention and workforce wellbeing?
This event, jointly hosted by the West Lothian Trauma Network and the West Lothian Suicide Prevention Leadership Group, will bring together colleagues from statutory services, third sector organisations, independent providers and community groups to learn, connect and share good practice.
