Through meditation, presence and unity, let’s come together to remember and celebrate our authenticity and truth, to set intentions for the week ahead so that we can share our love with the world around us.
Each gathering will start in circle with cacao to connect inward, guided by meditation and the body to arrive into presence and create intention. The space will then be opened up to different practices each week that will vary from singing, journalling, movement or simply sharing, guided by the present moment to cultivate a container for connection, vulnerability and community.
