This somatic experience, 'CONNECT', offers a safe and supportive space for you to be held as you explore your bodies landscape through guided practices. Release tension, receive nourishment and empowerment.
✨I'm passionate to give my attention and awarnes to each of you entering connect, so number are capped at just 7 women, making it a beautiful intimate space

Story time: Connect/Connection has a special place for me as this is where my somatic journey began. When I was at my lowest, lost, lonley, uncertain where to turn, how to continue in life, unable to even be alone without distraction. I ruminated and procrastinated on how to navigate the challenges of my life... untill I found somatics.
It didn't change all at once, but over time, i learnt myself, my needs and my bodys language and intelegance.
I was so ready, and also was absolutely not ready for the journey it took me on, and continues to do so and still it has gifted me and reminded me of my vulnrability, and power, softness and strength.
This, provided me the lived experince before taking part in my ACCPH acredited Somatic Coaching.
If you too, are going through all the things right now, and thinking or shifting my mindset has not helped, it might be worth giving somatics a try.
