This time Christmas Party Special - for anyone who wants to do all the below AND who may be self-employed not have a xmas party to go to - WELL NOW YOU DO!
For a while now I've been asking myself how I can get even more people into the room.
Not everyone wants a retreat.
Not everyone wants a workshop.
Not everyone wants to spend £100+ on a night out.
But so many people are craving connection.
A place to belong.
A chance to meet new people.
A space where they can relax, have fun and be themselves.
So this event is something a little different...
Think Connect & Flow meets a Friday night out.
A relaxed, welcoming and sober-friendly evening designed to bring people together through music, movement and community.
No pressure.

No need to share if you don't want to.
Simply come as you are.

What is Connect & Flow?
Connect & Flow is all about getting out of the head and back into the body.
In a world where we're constantly thinking, worrying, planning and scrolling, so many of us have forgotten what it feels like to simply let go, be present and enjoy ourselves.
Through music, movement and community, Connect & Flow creates a space where you can switch off the noise, reconnect with yourself and experience more freedom, joy and connection.
